Annotation:
The authors of the article identify the problem of increasing effectiveness of tactical and operational adaptive management of fire and explosion safety (FES) over the objects of production and technical maintenance of gas producing complex (PTM GPC). The development of the models, algorithm and module for the muli-criteria selection of the approximation model for solving the problem of adaptive forecasting of fire and explosion safety (FES) data of reservoir-well system objects. The module is an intellectual program agent of program-computing complex of the multi-agent adaptive network-centric decision-making support system (PCC MAASDSS) for adaptive management of FES of PTM GPC. The proposed algorithm of the multi-criteria selection and adaptive forecasting of fire and explosion safety (FES) parameters (on the tactical level) of hazardous industrial objects (HIO) of reservoir-well system is distinguished by the modified fire and explosion safety parameters system, presence of the unit of the multi-criteria choice of initial data approximation models, using fuzzy inference apparatus (FIA). The results obtained in the course of the study provide the decision-maker (DM) with information about the fire and explosion safety parameters dynamics related to reservoir-well system of oil, gas and condensate fields (OGCF) taking into account the operational conditions of the technological objects in the in the Far North.
