Annotation:

Recently, the practice of drilling wells and increasing the volume of drilling operations in permafrost zones has become increasingly widespread. Maintaining the thermal regime of frozen surrounding rocks and core is an important condition for the quality of accident-free drilling. In the permafrost interval, it is difficult to ensure cementing and stabilization of the wellbore due to the creation of stagnant zones of drilling fluid in large caverns, from which it cannot be displaced by cementing slurry. It creates favorable conditions for the collapse of columns during reverse freezing of rocks in case of long "downtime" of wells. Compositions and technology of curable foams application have been developed, which are productive when installing various jumpers and securing casing strings in frozen rock intervals and zones of catastrophic circulation losses, with water supply difficulties, in desert, high-mountain and difficult terrain or in the areas with a harsh climate, with increased strength characteristics for strengthening well walls in fractured and unstable rock intervals.
