Annotation:

The authors of the article address the pressing issue of optimizing the design of horizontal wells in the conditions of the Western Siberian fields. The main focus is on the development of a new technology for multistage hydraulic fracturing (MSHF) for horizontal wells of a two-string design featuring a 146 mm production casing. The proposed technology is based on the use of full-flow hydraulic fracturing sleeves combined with collet bushings, which significantly improves the efficiency of MSHF operations. The authors of the article provide a detailed description of the operational process for this technology. The conducted bench tests of the developed equipment have confirmed its operability and compliance with the required specifications. The research results have demonstrated significant advantages of the proposed solution, including: reduced duration of MSHF operations, applicability in both cemented and non-cemented sections, elimination of the necessity of casings reinforcement and possibility of reusing hydraulic fracturing sleeves. The practical significance of the development lies in the potential reduction of well construction costs by more than 10 %, along with the possibility of implementing the technology in at least 50 wells annually.
