Accounting for the periodicity of control in the model of oil product and gas supply systems with a replenishable time reserve

Annotation:

Using the example of oil product supply and gas supply enterprises, which are dangerous, complex modern systems of engineering and technical structures, interconnected by technological processes, ensuring: reception, storage, transportation and supply of consumers with hydrocarbons, the authors of the article show the process of accounting for the frequency of control in these systems model with a replenished time reserve. In such systems, if observing certain requirements and regulations for the duration of operability restoration, aftereffects of equipment failures can be eliminated and will not affect the quality and timeliness of the system's performance of tasks. Normal operation of such technical systems as oil product supply systems and gas supply systems can be ensured not only by increasing reliability or the number of backup equipment or devices, but also by creating a reserve of time and using it to restore the technical characteristics of the system directly during operation. Protected systems, widely used in energy, gas and oil transportation can also be given as an example.
