Annotation:
The features of the geological structure and fluid saturation of complex deposits in the northern part of Western Siberia are considered, using the example of deposits in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The analysis of the delta complex of the Aptian sediments is presented, types of fluid saturation and problems of stratigraphic correlation are revealed. Special attention is paid to the use of advanced geophysical research complexes and methods of sequence stratigraphy, facies and paleotectonic analysis to clarify the structure of deposits and distribution of hydrocarbons. Examples of the transformation of seam-arch deposits into multiphase structures with a "floral" morphology, the influence of late structural changes on the distribution of hydrocarbons and the block structure of the formation are considered. The necessity of an integrated interdisciplinary approach in constructing reliable geological models and estimating hydrocarbon reserves is shown.
