Annotation:
The authors of the article consider the choice of oil-containing waste management technologies. The formation procedure of a database of more than 30 relevant physical-chemical, biological, thermal and physical methods of oil-containing waste disposal used in the perimeter of PJSC "NK "Rosneft", which have all the required permits, is described. The database analysis resulted in developing diagrams of wastes utilization distribution by methods and the most popular ways of oil-containing waste management. An instrument for choosing a method of oil-containing waste utilization is proposed – a matrix for choosing optimal solutions with the described principle of operation, that is, a structured algorithm of actions that allows comparing technologies according to specified parameters. The key specific feature of the developed matrix is flexibility and adaptability to various scenarios due to dynamic weights of criteria. The demonstrated methodology of choosing the optimal technology for oil-containing waste disposal, including the classic checklist scheme, allows not only to reduce the burden on the environment, but also to provide economic benefits. Like any other instrument, the matrix requires constant improvement, so the key directions of its development for the coming years are proposed.
