Annotation:

The oil and gas industry, a strategic sector of the Russian and global economy, is undergoing a stage of profound transformation under the influence of digital technologies. The authors of the article study the relationship and synergy between digital transformation processes and the system of professional standards in the context of personnel management and improvement of the operational efficiency of oil and gas complex enterprises. The authors analyze key aspects of digitalization, including the introduction of artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of things and automated systems as well as their impact on the requirements for employee qualifications and competencies. Based on a comparative analysis of the practices of leading Russian and foreign companies, the main trends and challenges associated with the adaptation of professional standards to new technological realities are identified. Particular attention is paid to statistical and analytical data demonstrating increased labor productivity, reduced costs and increased business sustainability with the successful integration of digital solutions. The authors of the article emphasize that the synergy of digital transformation and professional standards contributes to the formation of competitive advantages, but requires overcoming such barriers as institutional inertia, shortage of qualified personnel and insufficient speed of updating the regulatory framework. Practical recommendations are proposed for improving professional standards, including introduction of digital competencies, development of retraining programs, and creation of integrated platforms for interaction between employers and employees. The results of the study can serve as a basis for further development of strategies for staffing the digital economy in the oil and gas sector.
