Annotation:
The most important problem confronting the national economy is business processes system management in order to increase efficiency of oil and gas enterprises production economic activity in the new conditions of the global economic structure, new trends of its development identification and reserves of oil production efficiency increase In accordance with the above-mentioned points, organizations face the task of systematic and reasonable assessment of business processes efficiency caused by the dynamic nature of the external and internal environment changes, which requires constant development of methods and instruments of an organization’s management. It will allow identifying the main vectors and trends of business processes development to improve production efficiency and to substantiate the directions of scientific search for reserves to improve them. Based on a large amount of information collected by the authors of the article, the efficiency of oil and gas production and servicing activity of the largest oil and gas service companies in Russia was assessed, as well as the effectiveness of business models of oil and gas service development was evaluated; the necessity of diversifying oil services in Russia caused by the withdrawal of Western oilfield service companies from the oilfield services domestic market was substantiated and the methodology for calculating the integral economic effect from the implementation of business projects for non-commercial services has been developed.
