Transformation of contract work logic when exporting crude oil and oil products from Russia

Annotation:
The authors of the article identify and conceptualize new principles of forming transportation conditions for foreign trade contracts providing oil and oil products delivery by sea from Russia in conditions of politicization of international economic relations system. It is shown that in the context of the "price ceiling" and other instruments of "secondary sanctions", the FOB and CIF bases, traditionally used in oil trading, carry additional, sometimes difficultly predicted risks for buyers. Thus, it seems that from this point of view, it may be appropriate to use the bases of group D – DAP (INCOTERMS©2020), DES (INCOTERMS©2000) and DEQ (INCOTERMS©2000) in contract work. Thus, these trade terms relieve the buyer of obligations and, most importantly, the risks of organizing transportation as well as allow the Russian exporter to control oil and oil products to the agreed point of delivery. Such a formulation of the issue (albeit with some reservations) can be based on the Soviet experience, when freight was completely controlled by a foreign trade association.
