Annotation:
The publication is devoted to the problems of formation and development of innovative competences in the National Qualifications System (NQS) in the Russian Federation and the application of the mechanism for independent assessment of qualifications (IAQ). The authors of the article consider the current state of the NQS formation process as well as directions to introducing independent assessment of qualification (IAQ) into the work of personnel management services of oil and gas enterprises and educational institutions. The authors of the article pay special attention to the prospects for introducing assessment procedures into the activities of the companies of the oil and gas complex, which are divided into groups taking into account the level of readiness to implement IAQ in their activities. The authors of the article pay special attention to the problems of digitalization, the formation and application of various models for conducting IAQ of industry personnel, depending on its qualification, use of the material-technical base of educational subdivisions of oil and gas companies as well as federal educational institutions.
