Annotation:
The authors of the article highlight the main problems of contractor management systems in vertically integrated oil companies. Some aspects and specific features of improving the efficiency of these systems are proposed. Proposals for organizing a communication system within the framework of project activities are presented. The indicators the analysis of which expands the functionality of the contractor evaluation system were reviewed. The necessity of introducing and using new forms of contract models when implementing various sourcing strategies is substantiated. The effectiveness of some economic instruments involved in the system of planning, forecasting and managing the work of contractors is analyzed. Measures for increasing the involvement and financial interest of the contractor as the results of the project and its effectiveness are considered.
