Mobility management in the mechanism of competence development in the labor market of the oil and gas industry

Annotation:

The process of integrating the principles of competence development into the economy of the regions of the Russian Federation forms an alternative digital model based on the tools of the labor market mechanism, such as mobility management. The relevance of the issue is complemented by the quick evolution of the labor resource system in the prism of the migration approach and the slowdown point of traditionally respectable social institutions with the search for a balance between these systems, which should be the subject of close attention in the context of planning to scale up such a process within the industry. What are the investments in digital projects of future mobility: do investors believe in digital roads today? System-forming organizations and transnational corporations in the oil and gas industry become a specific example of investing in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the development of hard-to-reach and sparsely populated regions, ensuring effective mobility of labor resources.
