Annotation:

The authors of the article study the nature of a growing phenomenon in the contemporary labor market – the ecosystem of the workforce. Such ecosystems are created by market-leading companies and represent communities of internal and external employees. Workforce ecosystems are highly adaptive in modern conditions of economic turbulence and allow companies to solve the problems of increasing staff productivity and involving it in the production and business processes. Such ecosystems vary from company to company, but they share common characteristics and carry certain risks.
