Prospects and problems of warehouse infrastructure modernization in the fuel and energy complex of the Central Asia and the South Caucasus

Annotation:

The author of the article studies the state and prospects of warehouse infrastructure development in the context of the transport corridors of the Central Asia and the South Caucasus, with an emphasis on the fuel and energy complex (FEC). The analysis revealed the key trends demonstrating the necessity of modernizing logistic systems for efficient transportation and storage of energy resources. The examples of various countries in the region, such as Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, are considered in the context of their efforts to improve storage facilities and introduce high technologies. The author of the article highlights the strategic importance of warehouse infrastructure for ensuring energy security, increasing competitiveness and efficiency of logistic chains as well as offers recommendations for optimizing distribution centers and creating new specialized facilities that meet the requirements of the modern market.
