Annotation:
The authors of the article focus on studying the hydrocarbon resources of the Southern region, which include strategic commodities such as oil and gas, which are inexhaustible resources due to their constant replenishment through the release of hydrogen from the planet's deep layers and its reaction with carbon in the Earth's crust. The authors of the article note that the reserves of oil and gas in the Chechen Republic are not exhausted, and it is necessary to create economic and legal conditions for attracting significant investments in geological exploration to search for oil and gas at great depth: of so-called worked-out deposits and new promising fields of the Republic. In the authors opinion it will provide increase of oil industrial stocks and its profitable production. The authors of the article conclude that the restoration of the oil industry in the Chechen Republic will give a new impulse to industrial development, create thousands of new working places and successfully solve the problem of subsidized dependence of the region state budget.
