Annotation:

The paper studies the problem of choosing the architectural approach for designing hierarchical information systems in oil and gas industry. Basic architectural styles and modern approaches such as service-oriented architecture, event-oriented architecture and microservice architecture are reviewed. The adaptation of service-oriented architecture for multi-level hierarchical systems is proposed. This method is based on the implementation of multilevel service meta-bus, which allows integrating various hierarchical levels without disturbing their information space.
