The class of linear dynamic control systems is a suitable mathematical scheme widely used for modeling real objects of the oil and gas industry. The paper considers an algorithm for solving the so-called pole placement problem for a multidimensional linear control dynamic system, based on the results of M. Wanham. In addition, one result is formulated that guarantees the solution of the pole placement problem proposed by the American mathematicians R. Hermann and K. Martin. Their method is based on some facts of algebraic geometry and, despite the non-constructiveness, seems to be very promising.
