Annotation:

The article shows the supremacy of state verification schemes in ensuring the uniformity of measurements and considers the practical application in the construction of local verification schemes of oil and gas industry enterprises producing measuring instruments for use in commercial systems for measuring the quantity and quality indicators of hydrocarbon liquids during deliveries to the Russian Federation and export operations. The traceability of measuring instruments of local calibration schemes makes it possible to ensure international recognition of calibration results performed in calibration centers of the Russian Federation and the possibility of comparisons with similar foreign calibration centers for international accreditation and recognition of calibration results. The developed methodological solutions for the creation of calibration and verification centers with traceability to the state primary and secondary standards of units of quantities in the area under consideration are recommended to be used when creating new verification centers and their local verification.
