Annotation:
An important role in solving problems related to heat and mass transfer is played by the choice of software necessary for carrying out calculations and modeling of the process under consideration. The purpose of this work is to identify effective software for solving problems related to heat and mass transfer. A number of software products from thematic literature sources and accumulated experience in the software use for engineering calculations and the construction of analytical, physical models were studied. An overview of software products designed to solve heat and mass transfer problems allows giving preference to the Abaqus software.
