Annotation:

The article considers the necessity to control the temperature in a well directly during drilling and to transfer information through the communication channel of the well bottom with the wellhead. The existing methods and temperature measuring equipment at the well bottom during drilling are considered, their shortcomings are shown. The description of the new method for measuring temperature in a well is presented. The design and operational principle of a frequency temperature sensor are described. The main functional dependence of the quality factor of the tuning fork on the temperature in a well is presented. An algorithm for the operation of a frequency temperature sensor in a well is given. It is shown that the new method provides increased measurement accuracy.
