System multi-criteria model of IT-project to be appled for implementing EMS (Enterprise Management Systems) as multi-component objects under uncertainty and risk conditions

Annotation:

The article considers a system modeling of multi-criteria quality assessment, including reliability of IT-projects implementing EMS (Enterprise Management Systems) proceed in conditions of uncertainty and risk. In the article, the IT-project and EMS are presented as a multi-component system, the reliability of which depends on the discrete components' reliability. The multi-criteria assessment model is proposed to identify IT-project's and EMS's critical components, which have a significant reliability impact on the project in the whole as well as to trace the components' criticality changes during the IT-project and EMS evolution, which allows providing an effective strategy for ongoing and strategic management of the project and system. The model considers the IT project and system uniqueness including technical implementation peculiarities of the EMS and IT-project and supplies a flexible tool for solving analytical and optimization tasks.
