Annotation:

A set of problems related to non-compliance with the requirements for the quality and safety of construction, reconstruction and repair of the Unified Gas Supply system facilities is considered. The construction violations classification is presented, the classifier of violations clusters containing technologically related subspecies of violations are given. The number of violations during the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of main gas pipelines is comparatively analyzed as compared with the number of accidents that occurred due to construction violations during operation. A system for predicting construction violations is proposed.
