Annotation:

The article highlights the issues of calculating the operational life-time of field oil pipelines with internal polymer coatings that operate in conditions of abrasive presence in the wells product. The issues of hydro-abrasive wear and degradation of polymer coatings characteristics from the impact of a corrosive field environment are considered. The summary results of determining the rate of hydro-abrasive wear and corrosion, obtained on the basis of tests of pipes internal coatings and field pipelines steels, are presented. Based on the research results, a methodology was developed for determining the internally-coated field pipelines operational life-time operating under conditions of hydro-abrasive wear by a corrosive field environment, operational wear and degradation effects.
