Annotation:

The article presents the results of embedding geological-hydrodynamic models into the production process in one of the oil production departments of PJSC "Tatneft". The specialists of geological service of Oil Production Department were taught modeling in the Modeling Center of the company, which is a factory for creating reservoir models for all fields in PJSC "TATNEFT". On an example of a mature oil field, specialists of the Department updated the model, analyzed and selected geological-technical measures and calculated the forecasting indicators. The selected measures have been performed, evaluated and proven to be effective. During their implementation, the geological service weaknesses were identified while working with models, risk points were defined by specialists’ interaction engaged in various services and Modeling Center. The required level of personnel training and competencies in mastering the models in the Oil Production Departments was determined.
