Annotation:

Conducting of classical well testing is accompanied by significant financial losses because of oil shortages due to the need to shut down wells for a long time. In order to reduce the frequency of studies, it is possible to use methods without shutting down the wells. The following types of studies aimed at reducing oil losses are used at the fields of LUKOIL–PERM LLC: a complex of studies "inflow performance relationship (IPR) – pressure stabilization curve (PSC)", rate transient analysis in the Topaze software and a material balance algorithm implemented in the "Panorama" software. The article provides a brief description and scope of each of the listed methods as well as cost-effectiveness when compared with transient well tests.
