Annotation:

In the process of oil refining, oil containing waste (OCW) is formed: oil sludge, flotation foam and excess activated sludge. Among the prospective methods of their neutralization is pyrolysis with the production of additional fuel fractions is promising. The solid residues formed during the OCW pyrolysis are currently stored and are not used. The purpose of this work is to substantiate the directions of using the material resource of solid pyrolysis residues (SPR) of oily waste. It is revealed that when producing building materials, SPR OCW can be used only after their additional firing at a temperature of above 800° C with and additional introduction of a binder (cement, liquid glass). Taking into account the climate agenda, additional firing at high temperatures does not seem appropriate. It is shown that the SPR OCW has a sorption capacity for gasoline and oil of 1...1,4 kg/kg and a sorption capacity for motor oil of 2...2,3 kg/kg. It is proposed to use SPR OCW for environmental purposes as oil sorbents in order to eliminate emergency oil spills on solid surfaces. After additional treatment by water repellents, SPR OCW can be used for the elimination of emergency oil spills on the water surface.
