Influence of geological factors of wells production rate dynamics in Bazhenov formation deposits

Annotation:

The results of a geological and field analysis of the dynamics of production rates of horizontal wells subjected to a multi-stage hydraulic fracturing in the Bazhenov formation are presented. The dependences of the dynamics of wells production rates on permeability, porosity, gas factor, oil-saturated thickness and degree of rocks oil saturation were studied. The flow rate dynamics of the Bazhenov formation and low-permeability deposits of the Achimov formation were comparatively analyzed and their fundamental differences were revealed. The features of the influence of geological factors of the Bazhenov formation on the flow rate dynamics are shown for various wells completion technologies. It has been established that, in contrast to traditional low-permeable reservoirs, the Bazhenov formation does not have significant correlations from geological factors, however, there observed a tendency to flow rates changes depending on hydraulic fracturing technological conditions.
