Annotation:

In the context of the current focus on the environmental aspect of subsoil use, green designs (Green Design) are a priority. One of the proposals for the implementation of a green design in Samara region, where a large number of mature fields with a developed infrastructure and hydrocarbon raw materials processing are being developed, is the construction and operation of underground gas storage facilities to store associated petroleum gas, which is characterized by a high content of carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Comprehensive systematic work in the company on the rational use of associated petroleum gas has been implemented since 2013. The proposed project will eliminate the flaring of associated petroleum gas and optimize the operation of existing gas treating facilities without additional large-scale capital investments in the construction of new treatment facilities.
