Annotation:
The article is devoted to the development of new approaches to the design and monitoring of well construction based on digital models. The specialists of the LUKOIL-Engineering Limited PermNIPIneft Branch Office in Perm have developed functional and technical requirements, which are a concept for the development of a software package. Together with the specialists of Burproject LLC, the architecture of the Digital Well Model software complex, the main interface solutions, the requirements for the main functionality, as well as the system of expert assessment and analysis of possible accidents and complications during the well construction process were developed. To date, the functionality of the system has been implemented, which allows monitoring well construction, analyzing deviations and warning about incidents. Specialists have access to most of the applied engineering calculations directly in the DWM. Commercial operation of the software Digital Well Model has been started on real wells.
