Annotation:

The article describes the experience of a new perforating charges type application. These new perforation charges were created to open up low-porous reservoirs the involvement of which in reservoir development is an urgent task nowadays due to high production of current reservoirs. Pilot tests were conducted in various geological and technological conditions at the fields of LUKOIL-Komi LLC and LUKOIL-West Siberia LLC. The results of using coaxial perforating are shown in comparison with shot-blast operations using shaped charges. Conclusions on the technology efficiency are drawn, recommendations on its possible further application are given.
