Annotation:
The hydrocarbon deposits are developed on the basis of the design technological documentation (process flow diagram, process design) agreed by the state bodies. Herewith, the design solutions for individual assets have a significant impact on the development of oil and gas production province as a whole. It is especially refers to offshore fields, for which capital investments in the production infrastructure are much ahead of the time to obtain the first oil and the beginning of the cost recoupment.
Within the framework of updating the plan of the integrated development of the fields and prospective structures of the Northern and Central Caspian Sea, a multivariate assessment of the options for the development of new assets and deposits not involved in the development, taking into account the previously implemented projects, new results of exploration work is multi-variously assessed.
