Annotation:

When performing classical hydraulic fracturing, the coupling, which is part of the suspended equipment column – the tail pipe, narrows the internal drift diameter of the inner wellbore, which can negatively affect the volume of oil production. When applying classical hydraulic fracturing technology in wells, it is impossible to conduct HF without drilling the seat pockets, which, in turn, brings additional financial costs. The hydraulic fracturing collar – GRPP PC-114 – with a dissolving seat pocket from the hydraulic fracturing set is designed for conducting the hydraulic fracturing in the fixed wellbore interval when conducting works in multi-layer deposits in the open wellbore of no less than at least 139,7 mm diameter. The multi-stage hydraulic fracturing technology using GRPP PC-114 collar has a number of advantages due to the fact that this collar is equipped by a seat pocket manufactured from material that dissolves in the mineralized fluid. The absence of the necessity of the seat pocket drilling reduces the costs associated with the tail pipe normalization and decreases the risk of the formation colmatage. After dissolving the seat pocket the hydraulic fracturing collar has a flow section of 99 mm and the possibility of re-opening and closing which allows to isolate the required interval in case of water-flooding or hydraulic fracturing.
