The paper demonstrates the effectiveness of an integrated approach when solving field development management problems based on the use of an integrated asset model (IAM). A group of fields for which there is a permanent IAM was selected as the object of demonstration. As a result of the integrated approach application for solving field development management problems based on the use of IAM, approaches to data verification and their correction in conditions of a high degree of the initial information uncertainty were developed and a number of strategic problems related to reengineering gathering facilities and maintaining reservoir pressure systems and various types of optimizations (waterflooding, supply of drag reducing agent additive, well operation modes) with obtaining effects that are significant for the Producing Company were solved.
