Annotation:

The article discusses the results of field tests of single-layer noise-insulating casings of technological pipelines of centrifugal compressors based on foam glass. Such casings are recommended in the standards of Gazprom PJSC and have been widely used in the design and operation of linear and booster compressor stations since 2010. The acoustic characteristics of the casing assembly and component layers are considered. An assessment of the applicability of such coatings in terms of the effectiveness of noise insulation and compliance with GOST and industry standards has been carried out.
