Annotation:

The main tasks of the digital transformation of the oil and gas complex are: scientific and technical development of the country, training of personnel, development of legal regulation and legislation to ensure national energy and technological independence and security. In the process of digital transformation of oil and gas production, a competitive efficient economy is being implemented, built on the basis of modern domestic scientific and technical developments and competencies. The objects of changes when implementing intelligent technologies are information, production processes, support staff and organizational structures. Building of a new business model involves the creation of a long-term implementation strategy and the automation of various production processes, the formation of a regulatory framework and the standardization of typical solutions for the use of the most effective technologies. It is critically important to create conditions for regulatory and legal regulation that contribute to the development of the oil and gas business, information infrastructure as well as digital competencies of national personnel; ensuring stimulation of oil and gas production at the regional and federal levels; development of information and financial security and other conditions.
