The target audience of the journal is represented by a wide range of specialists interested in up-to-date scientific, economic, managerial, organizational, legal and other information about the state and development prospects of the oil and gas complex in Russia and worldwide.

The journal publishes materials on economic issues related to all areas of the oil and gas complex - prospecting and exploration of oil and gas fields, drilling, production, transportation and processing of oil and gas, production of petrochemical products, sale of all types of products.

Particular attention is paid to the issues of corporate governance, analysis of the establishment and performance of management companies, the relationship and interaction of large and small oil companies, analysis of the state and development trends of the oil market.

Our goal is to present different points of view on the problems of oil and gas complex development, ways and means of addressing them, creating conditions for constructive dialogue, creative discussions, scientific disputes.

We invite all oil and gas specialists, heads of companies, firms, enterprises, managers of different levels, engineers and technicians, faculty members of oil and gas educational institutions to cooperate.

The editorial office takes requests from enterprises and organizations for the preparation and publication of special journal issues.

The two-year impact factor of the Russian Science Citation Index, taking into account citations from all sources, is 0,58.
