Annotation:

Integrated security is ensured by the integration of information from autonomous systems of physical, technological, economic, ecological and information security. Each of the systems should be equipped with trained competent personnel and specialized equipment for monitoring, information processing in software complexes and information-analytical systems for solving specialized local security tasks. The introduction of digital technologies makes it possible to create a unified digital model of operational assets, taking into account technological and economic criteria, providing measures to prevent and eliminate the consequences of emergencies related to oil and petroleum products spills. Specialized equipment and personnel allow, on the basis of initial data, to promptly analyze technological processes occurring during extraction, transportation and processing of raw materials and materials, taking into account the analysis of the known emergencies or possible risks, as well as to implement management decisions taking into account technological capabilities and economic feasibility, business process management to ensure effective regulation of economic activity and the enterprise development adopted strategy. The digital model of an enterprise is implemented taking into account the receipt of real-time data from various systems and the provision of technological and environmental safety based on the developed models, descriptions of processes and risks in order to reduce the costs for eliminating the consequences of accidents and localization of emergency situations. Scenarios, requirements and measures for building systems with account for the digital technologies application are given.
