Annotation:

In the process of digital transformation, a competitive efficient economy is being implemented, built on the basis of modern scientific developments, domestic software and hardware and personnel competencies. When using intelligent technologies for management of transmission systems, a complex of management tools and systems is used, for which the role and significance of information, processes, personnel as well as the capabilities of organizational structures of an enterprise are changing, which requires significant changes and improvements in regulatory documents for the design, construction and operation of facilities, taking into account the emergence of new risks. A new business-model construction involves the creation of a strategy for the implementation, testing and scaling of standard design solutions for the primary formation of a base of regulatory documents to ensure technical regulation and standardization in conditions of limited funding. The transition to intelligent technologies in the process of development will ensure competitiveness, technological and environmental safety, as well as reduction of capital costs during the modernization of the facilities of the Unified Gas Supply System of Russia.
