Annotation:

Phase-locked loop (PLL) method is regulated by ISO 7278-3 as one of the methods to increase the resolution up to 0,01 % when conducting control of metrological characteristics of instruments of measurement and automation. The article considers the problems of the PLL scheme implementation and its practical application limitations.
