Annotation:

The problem of automatic control of the pH value of wells drilling fluid during drilling is considered. The methods of controlling the drilling fluid pH value are given. The shortcomings of the existing methods are noted. The necessity of drilling in the mode of automatic control of drilling fluid properties is emphasized in order to increase the efficiency of the drilling process and reduce accidents and complications. The possibility of regulation and automatic maintenance of pH value is shown. The diagram and description of the automatic control system of the drilling fluid pH value are given. The principle of control includes comparison of the drilling fluid current pH value with the predicted pH value fixed for the appropriate depth of the well for the rock, set by the map of geological-technological conditions and automatically maintenance of the drilling fluid pH value at the level close to the specified one.
