Annotation:

This article describes the firstly developed prototype of the dispatcher communication simulation remote controller. The user graphical interface of the developed software application considered which simulates the dispatcher intercom and telephone communication required to ensure the interaction of the control dispatcher with the operational personnel of the oil pumping stations and points of delivery and acceptance of products is considered. The main control buttons and their functions are presented. The main types of organizational messages used in the dispatch control of the processes of pipeline transportation of oil and oil products are given, which include changing the pressure control set points, switching the pumping unit, the valve and other types of or ganizational messages. The features of delivery of organizational messages and controlling commands by voice commands delivery are described. Particular attention is paid to the use of machine learning methods, natural language processing and the possibility of self-learning of the described development in the process of recognizing voice commands. The directions for further improvement of the dispatcher communication simulation remote controller related to the use of artificial intelligence technologies and building a dialogue based on an intelligent chat bot are given.
