Annotation:

Timely detection of a deformation of an operating oil and gas facility allows preventing a number of subsequent troubleshooting efforts. There are many methods for checking surfaces, however, many of them have their own limitations and may require the presence of a specialist on site at the time of the inspection. The differential electron projection moiré method for studying the topology of an object's surface does not require constant presence, is easy to implement, and the cost of maintenance is not high – all this makes it an effective instrument for solving the problem of studying deformations. The purpose of this work is to develop an information-measuring system that implements the electron projecting moiré method. The proposed system makes it possible to configure parameters and synthesize a raster, projecting it onto the surface of the object under study, accept an object raster, synthesize an imaginary raster and superimpose it on the received raster, which allows obtaining a moiré pattern of the object surface. Analysis of this picture returns estimated data on the state of the surface of the object under study.
