Annotation:

The article considers the problems of development and implementation of a digital system for managing the main operational processes of the Center for Innovative Competencies. The transition from non-structured interaction to the development of your own management system is described. An approach to development is given taking into account the influence of the sanction compliance. The choice of technological solutions is justified. The expected effect from a digital control system introduction is given.
