Annotation:

The authors of the article consider the tasks of modeling an automatic control system for viscosity breaking quality, excluding the influence of technical personnel on the technological process and the factor of human error in control – additional random error. The development prototype was an automated control system for the viscosity breaking process operating at an oil refinery. To build an automatic quality control system for viscosity breaking, modern intelligent methods were used to obtain simulation and mathematical models. The authors of the article used a correlation analysis of the parameters used by technical personnel when managing the viscosity breaking quality, and the linear regression method to obtain mathematical models. These models allow automatic processing of tar into useful and valuable output products. The developed automatic control system for viscosity breaking technology controls and stabilizes the quality indicators of the output products without the participation of technical personnel with regulated permissible relative errors determined by state standards.
