Annotation:

The authors of the article present the results of research on the application of multi-scale modeling of high-viscous oil production when injecting water and polymer solution. The properties on the facies scale are calculated by means of hydrodynamic modeling using a pre-constructed digital twin facies based on sedimentological analysis. The properties of the rock making facies are determined using the "Digital Core" technology based on the original semi-empirical core model. It is shown that the relative phase permeability functions for the "oil-water" and "oil-polymer" solution systems obtained for the rock scale and for the facies scale differ from each other. The use of the properties obtained for the facies scale in the hydrodynamic model of the formation leads to the fact that the calculated water-flooding dynamics corresponds to the actual water-flooding dynamics without any model adjustment.
