Annotation:
The author of the article presents the results of technological processes services support integration (including conferences, publications, consideration of proposals from technological companies, management of the results of intellectual activity, formation and development of knowledge management system (NMS) for "Geological Exploration and Production" business segment). The description includes the history of the services development, the state of services before integration, the integration principles and methodology, the main results of work and prospects for their development. The presented dynamics of indicators shows that the implemented solutions made it possible to ensure the collection and notification of the necessary information to users within the frames of a single platform, increase the degree of employees involvement in the processes of introducing innovations, reduce labor costs for carrying out work and determine the necessary stages of work on the development of systems in future periods – the implementation of information indexation and services for automatical processing and bringing data to users.
