Annotation:

The paper substantiates the relevance and necessity of introducing the improving properties of the grouting mixture additives. Cement compositions with various modifications of carbon are briefly analyzed. The influence of graphite on the physical-mechanical properties of grouting compositions made of GC-40 lumnita cement is analyzed. The influence of graphite on the process of cement hydration is described. Diffractometry, spectrometry and thermo-gravimetry were carried out to study the effect of graphite on the properties of cement mixtures. The strength properties of the modified grouting mixture under normal temperature and pressure conditions are considered. The optimal content of graphite in the binder has been estimated, which makes it possible to obtain higher physical-mechanical properties of the cement stone (increase in uniaxial compression strength by about 15 %) as compared to cement mortar without additives. It has been determined that small doses of carbon modifiers are needed to optimally influence the properties of the cement stone.
