Annotation:

The article is devoted to the problem of prevention and elimination of lost circulation which is one of the most basic types of complications arising during drilling of oil and gas wells. On the basis of the analysis of the existing well-known methods for calculating the best fractional composition of bridging agents, the optimal one was selected, which allows obtaining maximum bridging characteristics. On the basis of the results of calculations and researches, combined complex dry bridging compounds (DBS) of the "Colmix" family were developed. They are used for a wide range of absorbing horizons characteristics, made on the basis of industrial materials and wastes from the mining industry of the Ural Federal District. The researches have evaluated the effectiveness of the use of the "Colmix" family compounds both for the preparation of individual bridging packs and for bridging additives introduced directly into the drilling fluid.
