Annotation:
The article considers the modeling process when making managerial decisions on the restoration of the old well stock. The directions of the business model structure are determined, which ensure its integration into the production system. The purpose and tasks are formulated and the sequence of modeling is described. An interactive simulation model has been developed, which can be adjusted taking into account the changing conditions. The reasons for the resumption of work of the old well stock were determined. The results of the modeling method application can be used when making a decision to restore the old well stock on the basis of digital transformation.
