Annotation:

The authors of the article present the results of personnel risks assessment arising in the process of personnel professional development in industrial organizations of the oil and gas industry, carried out by applying the method of A.E. Mitrofanova. To assess the personnel risks of an industrial organization, a survey was conducted (April 2022) among 12 experts who are linear and functional managers. The study diagnosed the comfort of the behavioral environment of an industrial organization based on the use of a survey method (questionnaires or standardized interviews). The results of the study carried out by applying the method of Ch. Spielberger, Yu.L. Khanin, aimed at assessing and analyzing the level of employees anxiety: reactive anxiety and personal anxiety are presented. Empirical methods such as observation, questioning, expert assessments were used in the study. In order to develop practical recommendations for improving the strategy for personnel professional development of an industrial organization, an expert survey was conducted. The study assessed personnel risks arising in the process of improving the personnel professional development strategy in an industrial organization.
